What initially began as a 9-month partnership has now transitioned into its third year, underscoring MVCI’s commitment to fostering enduring relationships.

This collaborative journey commenced with an exhaustive analysis of the company’s existing customer data, market positioning, and industry dynamics. This strategic evaluation served as the cornerstone for crafting a bespoke loyalty marketing strategy that harmonized seamlessly with the brand’s identity, objectives, and customer expectations. Since the official launch of the revamped loyalty program, the achievement of activation targets has soared to an impressive 350%, while monthly social media engagement rates consistently surpass the 50% mark.

Premium Brand Marketing

MVCI was engaged by a leading Premium Healthy Snacks brand in the Philippines for a comprehensive project spanning three key phases: Baseline Market Research, Marketing Strategy Development, and Campaign Creation. In the initial research phase, MVCI conducted online Focus Group Discussions (FGD) and In-depth Interviews, offering participants snack samples to gauge consumer perceptions of “healthy snacks.” This meticulous research yielded insights into pricing, taste, availability, packaging, messaging, brand awareness, and reach, with MVCI adeptly managing participant selection and facilitating seamless communication between external participants and internal teams. Armed with these invaluable insights, we proceeded to formulate a comprehensive Strategic Marketing Plan, covering market analysis, product performance assessment, SWOT analysis, competitive evaluation, consumer insights, market positioning, unique selling propositions, resource allocation, and overall strategy development. In the subsequent Campaign Creation phase, our team leveraged its creative prowess to devise communication strategies, recommend an all-encompassing media mix, oversee creative materials, and collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams for campaign execution.

This partnership between MVCI and the Premium Healthy Snacks brand in the Philippines resulted in a significant increase in brand awareness and remarkable consumer engagement, exceeding engagement targets by over 4000%. This success underscores our prowess as the preferred consulting partner, leading to additional projects, including the launch of two new product lines and support for the company’s transition to e-commerce. New Brand Launch

In the country’s growing industry of financial services, a prominent Microfinancial Company hired MVCI to launch an entirely new service for the Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) nationwide. This launch serves as a powerful example of MVCI’s ability to lead transformative initiatives.

Our team played a pivotal role in the comprehensive planning and development of this new service, steering it from brand conceptualization to a highly anticipated marketing launch. Scope encompassed crafting a holistic MSME Marketing Strategy, aligning it with the business unit’s priorities, targets, and direction. We also formulated Marketing Plans and Programs, translating the approved strategy into actionable initiatives. E-commerce

As the pandemic accelerated the digitalization of the Philippine market, MVCI spearheaded the launch of an online store for a prominent Food Retail brand in the Philippines, showcasing their expertise in Ecommerce project management. This partnership underscores MVCI’s capability to drive business transformation and facilitate adaptation in today’s rapidly evolving landscape.

The challenge at hand was crystal clear: to craft a user-friendly Ecommerce website that not only streamlined the customer experience but also equipped the sales team with robust tools, all while adhering to a budget. We addressed this challenge through a collaborative approach, working closely with Creative Agencies, IT Developers, Payment Solutions providers, and internal teams. The outcome of this synergy was a fully functional, visually captivating, and user-friendly Ecommerce platform. Customers could effortlessly navigate and make purchases, while the internal sales team gained efficient tools for order management and reporting, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for all.


Restaurant Launch and Expansion

Manifesto, the latest cafe-bar-restaurant hotspot in the metro, has proudly unveiled its flagship branch in the vibrant heart of Bonifacio Global City (BGC), thanks to the visionary guidance of MVCI. MVCI played a pivotal role in Manifesto’s journey, from meticulously curating the menu to crafting the restaurant’s captivating interior design. Prior to its expansion into BGC, we assumed management of the Salcedo branch, which also caters to Citadines guests with a delightful breakfast experience. Under our expert stewardship, the restaurant underwent a remarkable transformation, involving a rebranding initiative, menu streamlining, and the introduction of enticing new dishes. Through a harmonious synergy with stakeholders, a dedicated team effort, an expansive professional network, and astute business acumen, the Salcedo branch was relaunched with remarkable speed in 2022. Just one year after its successful debut in Makati, Manifesto’s flagship BGC branch proudly opened its doors to eager patrons on August 1, 2023.


Food Franchise

The pandemic posed unprecedented challenges, leading to the closure of over 5,000 MSMEs, including a growing food retail and franchising company. This abrupt disruption came at a time when this company was gearing up for an ambitious franchise expansion campaign. With 70% of its revenues originating from pilot branches across Metro Manila, the lockdown brought operations to a standstill and pushed the company perilously close to bankruptcy.

Recently, MVCI undertook a multifaceted 7-year project management role, serving as the owner’s representative in a variety of local and international ventures. This encompassed the establishment of a new company, including coordinating SEC registration, and overseeing the hiring processes. Our responsibilities extend to leading the entire project’s planning and development, encompassing branding strategies, resort conceptualization, and vendor selection. Our meticulous oversight ensures the compliance of Construction & Design agencies with the project’s deliverables, timelines, and budgets. Moreover, our unwavering commitment to thorough documentation and transparent reporting fosters trust and accountability among stakeholders.

While the project is currently in its pre-opening phase, our role extends seamlessly into the crucial post-opening period. In this capacity, we take on the responsibility of ensuring partner hotel groups meet their projected financial targets, including revenue and profitability goals. Serving as the corporate representative, we will lead both internal and external teams in project operations and management, while expertly managing relationships among a multitude of stakeholders, including agencies, clients, and partners. This dedication ensures a harmonious and successful realization of the owner’s vision, bringing it to life.


Corporate Events

MVCI stands as a trusted partner in delivering exceptional corporate events spanning various industries, with a primary focus on marketing services. The project comprehensive scope encompasses the conception, coordination, and meticulous management of events meticulously tailored to each client’s specific needs.

Our team has successfully executed a diverse range of events, from highly targeted, invitation-only sales workshops for financial companies, to exclusive B2B networking gatherings for the top 100 clients of a multinational corporation, to national conferences attended by over 300 participants. Going above and beyond, we ensure that every aspect from planning, event setup, including stage design and audio-visual equipment, to comprehensive program management, scripting, and program flow, all executed with precision and professionalism.

MVCI’s impressive track record of successful campaigns extends beyond brands and products to include a legislative campaign that resulted in victory during the 2022 elections in the Philippines. Our scope covered every aspect of this electoral campaign, from its initial conceptualization to its triumphant digital execution.
